raspberry.ma helps you understand, compare, and evaluate mmWave Presence Sensor options. We receive your requests and forward them to the relevant merchant or supplier. Merchants and suppliers are responsible for handling returns, refunds, and warranty matters.
How Returns Are Managed
When a return is needed, the merchant or supplier you purchased from sets the process, timelines, and conditions. Return approval, shipping arrangements, and refund timing depend entirely on their policies. We do not process or manage returns ourselves.
Our Support Role
If you need assistance with a return, you can contact us at contact@raspberry.ma. We can forward your request to the merchant or supplier and help clarify the steps involved. We cannot guarantee outcomes or speed up the process, as each merchant or supplier handles returns independently.
What to Include When You Contact Us
- Your full name and order reference number (if available)
- The name of the merchant or supplier
- A short description of the issue and what you would like to happen (e.g., refund, replacement, repair)
- Any relevant documentation such as proof of purchase or photos of the product
