Order Tracking
We help you understand and evaluate mmWave Presence Sensor options, including how to follow up on orders placed with a merchant or supplier. raspberry.ma does not run its own tracking system, but we can assist if you have questions about your order.
How tracking works
Order tracking information is provided by the merchant or supplier when available. Availability, updates, and delivery details depend entirely on the merchant or supplier you ordered from.
What we can do
If you need help with an order, you can contact us at contact@raspberry.ma. We receive your request and forward it to the relevant merchant or supplier when appropriate. We do not manage logistics, process refunds, or handle returns ourselves.
Where to get updates
- Check the merchant or supplier directly for any tracking link or order status they provide.
- Contact the merchant or supplier if your order is late, missing, or damaged.
- If you are unsure who to contact, email us and we will point you in the right direction.
raspberry.ma is an intermediary decision-support website and does not act as the merchant or supplier. Requests are forwarded to merchants or suppliers where applicable. Responsibilities for transactions remain with the merchant or supplier. We do not operate order tracking systems or manage logistics.
